This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tariyani P.S. Case No.265 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The petitioner got married to the victim by changing his name and religion. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2023.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has cheated the victim girl and got married to her by not disclosing his religion, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is accordingly rejected.
