Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitiner is ready to hand over charge to the teacher senior in the school in question but senior teacher is not willing to take over charge and as such he is helplessness.

In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to approach the District Programme Officer, Purnea by filing representation indicating therein his readyness to hand over charge to any other teachers. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Purnea

Patna High Court CWJC No.4538 of 2016(2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 indicating his willingness of handing over charge, the District Programme Officer, Purnea is required to consider the representation of the petitioner and make alternate arrangement for handing over charge so that petitioner may be relieved from the duty of Incharge Headmaster in the school in question. Necessary steps in this regard must be taken by the respondent within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In view of the above, the respondents are required to re-look the allegation of non-cooperation of the petitioner in handing over charge.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
