Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 427 of 2016 registered under Section- 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has come against this petitioner during investigation. Petitioner has no been put on Test Identification Parade. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24087 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2017.
