Petitioner has earlier moved before this Court and his prayer for bail was allowed vide order dated 03.04.2017 passed in Cr Misc No 8536 of 2017 stating that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. However, it is submitted that on that very day, petitioner was remanded in one another case but that had not come in the order sheet, as such, he has come for modification of the order.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts stated above, the third paragraph in which submission is that he has no criminal antecedent be read that he is an accused in one more case. With the aforesaid modification, the order dated 03.04.2017 will remain intact.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of.
