The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Excise Case No. 201 of 2017 arising out of Rupauli P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to local politics. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.03.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
