JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawadah (Town) P.S. Case No. 873/2018, for the offence under Section 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. it has been submitted that the present case is a case of adolescent love. From 164 Cr.P.C statement it appears that own volition of the victim is more apparent than the petitioner pressure in the alleged incident.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
