Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Purnea/successor Court in connection with Jankinagar Police Station Case No. 40 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of
