Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Firoz Khan from whose possession liquor was, allegedly, recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
