The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.525 of 2016, arising out of Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No.93 of 2016, registered under Sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws by burning for non fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20248 of 2017 (5) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 are in custody since 31.03.2016. Further submission is that, in fact, the deceased, the daughter of the informant, in course of cooking the meal fell down on the earth and sustained injury and died but within an ulterior motive, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted at the Bar that Brahmdeo Sharma, the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, is already in custody. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No.525 of 2016, arising out of Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No.93 of 2016.
