2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Chandradeep P.S.Case No. 63 of 2022.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He submitted further that, as a matter of fact, the parents of the victim have concealed her and it is the reason that she is traceless.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State submits that the victim is a minor girl of 16 years and there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped the victim and she is still traceless and the investigation is going on.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also keeping in view the allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
