Petitioner being younger brother of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the sister of the informant immediately after one year of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family and considering the same co-accused Geeta Devi has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 4381 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9185 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karagahar(Sidhi) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
