The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 22.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46359 of 2016 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining nine months in judicial custody. Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit on the left leg of the informant just below his knee and for that the petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2016. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20358 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016.
