The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 18.04.2018 passed in L.P.A. no. 1472 of 2015 (The State of Bihar and others v. Rhituraj Saurabh and Another). 2.
The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 5 i.e. the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran shall examine the case of the petitioner and in case, it is found that the case of the petitioner is similarly situated, similar relief shall be granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 5 shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case, it is found that the petitioner is similarly situated to the respondents of the aforesaid judgment dated 18.04.2018, similar relief would be granted within a period of four weeks thereafter.
