JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 17.09.2019, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 560 of 2019, dated 18.06.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the motorcycle of a neighbour was stolen. No suspicion was raised against the petitioner. However, the petitioner was arrested in another case of thef of motorcycle in which he is said to have given a confession,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11306 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 admitting that in the present case also, he had a hand. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 560 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
