2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the financial incentive which had to be given to him in the year 2010-11 and 2011-12 has not been paid to him.

3. The petitioner joined the service of the respondents' company as a Probationary Instructor on 31.01.1984 and superannuated on 31.06.2017 from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4877 of 2019 dt.29-03-2019 2/2 post of Administrative Officer (Development). Despite the petitioner having made several representations after his superannuation, for payment of such amount, no action has been taken in that regard by the respondents.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Chief Regional Manager, National Insurance Company Limited (respondent No. 2), detailing his grievances within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the Chief Regional Manager, National Insurance Company Limited (respondent No. 2) shall dispose it off by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
