Allegation is that the petitioners along with others kidnapped informant's grand daughter.

Petitioners submit that in fact informant's grand daughter married one Ram Prakash on her own free will which would also be evident from her 164 Cr.P.C. statement. In the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, all the three petitioners as mentioned above, will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
