The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 dated 04.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and the fact that the informant is much senior in age to the petitioner and there being some dispute over grazing of crops by the cattle, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in
