Taking note of allegation leveled against the petitioner again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 31 of 2016 arising out of Sasaram(M) P.S.Case No. 1075 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Sasaram, Rohtas stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
