Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. As a matter of fact, the opposite party no. 2 is an ill tampered lady and she has falsely lodged the present case. During investigation also, nothing has come against this

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Complaint Case No. 1952 of 2018.
