1. Claiming benefit of 1st Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACP), petitioner, who is a Revenue Karmachari, has made his application before the District Magistrate, Jahanabad, (Respondent No. 2) on 19-11-2022, and reminder thereto, on 3-1-2023. However, there is no decision forthcoming with respect to the petitioner's claim.

2. In view of the limited grievance, and since issue has to be considered by the Respondent No. 2, at the moment, there is no occasion for this Court to adjudicate the issue.

3. Let Respondent No. 2 pass an order on the petitioner's representation, assigning reasons. If dues are found

Patna High Court CWJC No.3334 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 admissible, the same be calculated and paid to the petitioner, all within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
