JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 Heard Mr. Vindhya Keshri Kumar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner duly assisted by Mr. Ravi Shankar Pathak as also Mr. Ram Sumiran Roy, learned APP for the State. The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 30.06.2014 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa P.S. Case No.130 of 2014 whereby and whereunder took cognizance under Sections 302,307,147,148,149,323,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and also for setting aside order dated 02.03.2015 passed by Sessions Judge, Saharsa in Cr. Rev. No.501 of 2014.

After some argument, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be permitted to raise all the points before the concerned court at an appropriate stage.
