This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is relating to offence of demand of ransom against the unknown persons. Similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by coordinate Benches of this Court. One of the same is bail to co-accused, Raushan injury report Yadav, in Cr. Misc. No. 38684 of 2015.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
