2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109 and 3(5) of BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has fired at Sirdula Devi due to which she sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that there is allegation against this petitioner of firing at Sirdula Devi but from perusal of the injury report, it will transpire that the injured has received injury caused by hard

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14121 of 2026(3) dt.10-04-2026 2/2 and blunt substance and the nature of injury is simple. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.11.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedents.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 221 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda.
