ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Party nos.2 to 4 by order dated 16.12.2015 passed by District and Sessions Judge, Patna in A.B.P. No.7518 of 2015 in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No.84 of 2015. On going through the records of the case, I do not find any reasons for cancelling the bail of the private Opposite Party no.2 to 4 and hence, the application stands rejected.
