In view of the said position, no further orders need be

Patna High Court CWJC No.4096 of 2016(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 passed in the instant proceedings. The claim of the petitioners has to be considered strictly as per the Full Bench judgment. Writ petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid submissions and the judgment of the Full Bench. It is submitted that the petitioners would be representing before respondent No 4 in respect of their claim relying upon the decision of the Full Bench, taken note of herein above.

In the event, such an application is filed, the same should be considered expeditiously and without any undue delay.
