This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Nine liters of liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have sated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 12.03.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge, Saharsa, or successor Court.. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
