The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a)/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Further he submits that recovery was made from the vehicle, which was standing near the khatal of Ravi Yadav and the petitioners have no concern with the said vehicle. It is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.
