2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 447, 307, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. Earlier, the prayer for grant of bail to this petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38451 of 2023.

4. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that out of 7 charge-sheeted witnesses, 6 witnesses have already been examined and the case is on the verge of conclusion.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and progress
