ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 30.01.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Buxar, in Sessions Trial No.70 of 2012 arising out of Sikraul P.S. Case No.58 of 2010.

Considering that the Petitioners seek discharge on question of facts which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P. C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed
