Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before the Court Letter No. 3054 dated 19.12.2015 issued by the Assistant Comptroller (Fund) of Rajendra Agricultural University, Bihar which discloses that the petitioner has been paid the difference of 100% revised pension arrear, which was the relief claimed for in the writ petition.
