Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Stolen ornament was allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2016. He has got similar type of antecedent. Considering the entire facts and after hearing the parties, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12918 of 2017 (3) dt.25-04-2017 Motihari, East Champaran/Successor Court, in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.541 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
