JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013 registered under Sections-307, 326 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. No specific overact has been attributed against these petitioners and Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, namely Manoj Kumar @ Manoj Yadav has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 11-03-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52095 of 2013.
Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioners named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12600 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
