Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 273 and 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Country made liquor was, allegedly, recovered from the possession of this petitioner at the railway station in a trolley.
The petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20546 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna/successor Court in connection with G.R.P. (Patna Sahib) Police Station Case No. 419 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
