This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of abduction of the daughter of the informant. The victim has supported the allegation against the petitioner, including allegation of forceful physical relation by the petitioner in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is refused.

The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
