Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From a vehicle twelve litres of liquor was, allegedly, recovered. The petitioner was traveling in the same vehicle.

Petitioner has got no such type of criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20571 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Purnea/successor Court in connection with Special Excise Case No. 255 of 2017 arising out of Bhawanipur Police Station Case No. 43 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
