The petitioner seeks bail in connection with P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017, registered under Section 37(B) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that the petitioner was apprehended in intoxicated condition and it was found that he had consumed wine.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 04.04.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20992 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Addl. Sessions-Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017.
