The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Habibpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 387, 506/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner gave threat to the informant by whatsapp message.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner is not alleged to be one of the beneficiaries of transaction. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.13658 of 2022(2) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
