JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.I. For direction to the respondent concerned to hand over the vacant possession of the land of the petitioner to the petitioner which the respondent concerned have given to the private respondent illegally, situated near Sugauli Railway Gumati, Khata No. 925, Khesra No. 3939 measuring 8 katha 15 dhur.

II. For direction to the respondent no. 5 to vacate the said land of the petitioner and hand over the same to the petitioner."

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
