Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that due to non-constitution of Aam Sabha for selection of Angan Bari Sevika and Sahayika of Ward No 8, Gram Panchayat Raj Laxmipur Chiraiya, Amarpur in the district of Banka, social welfare measures are being disrupted in the Ward. Learned State counsel has placed on record one report
Patna High Court CWJC No.237 of 2019(4) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 dated 02.03.2019 that is the check list prepared in the process for selection for Ward No 8. It is his specific stand that the same has been submitted before the higher authority on 02.03.2019.
In view of such steps having been taken, during pendency of the writ proceedings, no further orders are required to be passed.
Writ petition is dismissed.
