Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 461 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown persons committed theft of laptop etc. from the shop of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2016. Certain stolen property has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, though the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade. There is criminal antecedent also against the petitioner.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20588 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari/Successor Court, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.168 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
