2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for issuance of a direction/ order or an appropriate writ/ writs directing the respondent authorities specially respondent no.5 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 09.06.2025 of the petitioner with regard to fresh measurement of land of the petitioner in Mauza Pohadi Bela, Tola Muswasi, Khata No. 6520, area 58 decimal in which the earlier measurement of the land of
Patna High Court CWJC No.3064 of 2026(3) dt.15-04-2026 2/2 petitioner was vague and in this regard the Anchal Amin submitted the measurement report which was vague report."

A counter-affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 5 and the learned State counsel has taken this Court to the two Annexures (Annexure-R/A and R/B) to show that a proper measurement of the petitioner's land has been done as per the report submitted by the Anchal Amin, Ghanshyampur, Darbhanga dated 17.03.2026.
4. This Court is convinced that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. If he still has any issue, can very well move before an appropriate Revenue Authority.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
