Patna High Court CWJC No.15191 of 2016 (2) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 No.55 of 2015, we are clearly of the view that no further direction by invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is called for.
