In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court with a prayer for regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 32682 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 20.8.2016, rejected the same with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after ten months of judicial custody. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 2.6.2016.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20601 of 2017 (3) dt.10-05-2017 also the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Chhote Sharma @ Santosh Sharma, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Sessions Judge-II, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 corresponding to S.C. No. 308 to 2016. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
