JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 27-08-2024 The only contention taken in the instant appeal was that the grand-father of the appellant who suddenly fell down and died on 29.04.2015, was actually the victim of a tremor.

2. The postmortem report clearly revealed that the appellant's grand-father died of cardiac arrest. The inquiry conducted by the District Administration also was clear, insofar as there having been no tremor on 29.04.2015 on which date the grand-father of the appellant died. The tremor was on

3. We find absolutely no reason to interfere with the judgment of the learned Single Judge.

4. The appeal stands dismissed.
