The petitioners seek bail in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act was added.

As per the statement of the minor victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. the petitioners are said to have sexually assaulted the victim.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15311 of 2023(3) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioners are rejected herewith.
