The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/354(B)/379/ 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations, nature of dispute and the simple nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
