This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Palanwa P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and the motorcycle from which the illicit liquor has been recovered does not belong to the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13159 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court, East Champaran, in connection with Palanwa P.S.
