The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25 of The Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972.

From one Binod Tiwari, one Astadhatu statute of Lord Budha was recovered who confessed that the petitioner and co-accused Awadhesh have given him the said statute.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was on inimical terms with the petitioner and the said statute has not been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6919 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Bagaha, West Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
