The petitioner seeks bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 registered under Sections 392, 411, 413 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The informant lodged the case against unknown for snatching his mobile, golden chain, ring and purse. Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended by the police on the basis of the information of the police informer, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Rajiv Ranjan was also arrested. He is said to have disclosed that the petitioner had sold the looted articles in his shop. The petitioner was put on T.I. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub-Judge, 15th, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016.
