JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to prefer a statutory appeal against the impugned order before the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur (respondent no.2) within a period of thirty days from today.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
